Hi, I’m Myhra Jones.

Hi I’m Jennifer! I’m on a mission to do less and live more.

I’m not sure if I’m lazy or just tired of being the universe’s unofficial project manager. I’m done with the endless cycle of comparing myself to Instagram-perfect lives, tackling never-ending chores, and surviving the 8-to-5 grind (seriously, who actually works 9-to-5 anymore?). Can you relate?

I’m here to be more present and intentional, to question old perspectives, and to simplify everything. While I call myself a minimalist, it's more than just clearing clutter—it's about discovering how to do less and get out of my default mode of thinking to improve the quality of my life.

I know I’m not alone in the quest to reclaim joy, time, energy, and focus. I’d love to be your partner in your process of rediscovering these things for yourself.

On the blog, you’ll find simple, authentic tips and quick reads for building an intentional life, in the areas of home, work and how you think. I am available for 1:1 coaching and offer a fun self-paced online course on how to declutter your space, room-by-room.

A bit more on my background: I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years, so I know a thing or two about how to cope with messy feelings and unhelpful thoughts. I have worked with several Fortune 500 companies in healthcare leadership positions, I am certified in change management, and I have experience understanding lifestyle medicine. What that means, is that I understand how people get stuck, how to effectively manage change and how looking at your life through a holistic lens is critical to your success. While coaching is not counseling (i.e. I will not be treating mental conditions in coaching), we can talk more about all of this in your free initial 15-minute consultation.

A bit more about me: I find endless joy and peace spending time with my two grown human sons (who likely want to remain anonymous) and my two empty-nester replacement rescue dog kids: Mojo and Poppy. I enjoy having micro-adventures in my own city as well as traveling. I love meeting other people who are committed to their own self-evolution and discovering the beauty and power that comes along with aging.

Oh, and just so you know: I do most of my writing from somewhere super cozy; my couch, bed or outside. Why? Because it brings me joy!
